Tony Rodriguez: Born and raised in Miami, Tony is a well-rounded, highly intelligent individual who buyers easily trust. His multilingual capabilities are ideal for developing relationships with international clients. Tony is personable, knowledgeable and eager to extend his capabilities in hands-on projects.

Tony has many years of experience in sales. He has broken into the real estate industry and soared through the ranks quickly. He has worked for a prominent South Florida developer for almost three years. During this time he has worked on four projects in the South Florida area which have allowed him to become knowledgeable in construction, development, sales, customer satisfaction and quality assurance. His focus is now on Las Terrazas where his efforts do not go unnoticed. Tony is a valuable asset to the sales team and will make sure the client has an enjoyable experience when visiting Las Terrazas.

Marlon: Over the past ten years, Marlon's reputation has grown significantly within one of South Florida’s most prominent architecture and development firms. He was

the Director of Telecom for five years and has moved on to conquer the real estate market. Within the past three years, Marlon has sold over $100 million in real estate worldwide for the same developer. He has created and maintained relationships with brokers as far away as Ireland, Hungary, France and has dominated the domestic market in South Florida. His loyalty to the company has earned him the position of "Director of International Sales" for Sterling International Properties. He is also the direct liaison between real estate brokers and all BAP projects developed worldwide. BAP is one of the largest and most influential architecture and development firms in South Florida.

Marlon is very knowledgeable in all aspects of architecture, design, construction, development and sales. He has worked closely with the executive staff of BAP Development and has made a huge impact on the company.
