The Sales Team

Hilda Morello (Vice President): Hilda has 17 years of real estate knowledge. She has 5 years experience working in the area of property management with expertise in marketing, goal setting and management within BAP Development. Her responsibilities include managing and overseeing the sales performance of sales associates, recruiting, hiring and the training of sales personnel. She oversees all sales office operations including administrative personnel, on-site sales team, inventory control and all functions related to sales production. Hilda has sold over $50 million in real estate over the last 5 years.

Hilda speaks fluent English, Spanish and Italian.

Hilda is also a liaison for the developers, for the advertising agency and the public relations agency. She is involved in perodic meetings between and with these groups and is in continuous outreach to domestic and international broker networks for outside broker participation. She has also participated in private presentations, real estate shows, overseas presentations, and local broker events to achieve developer sales.

Hilda holds an MBA from Florida International University, BA Accounting from Miami Dade Community College, CAM Property Management License, Real Estate License and is a licensed Mortgage Broker.

Fabiana Bosca: Fabiana is a 12-year real estate veteran specializing in the international market and has gained extensive experience in real estate in her native country, Uruguay. Over the past three years, Fabiana has progressed significantly within one of South Florida’s most important architecture and development firms in Miami, BAP Development.

Most recently, Fabiana was a sales executive and contract administrator for a luxury new waterfront condominium being built in Miami called ONYX on the Bay. She also has seven years of administrative experience, speaks five languages, and holds a degree in Oceanography and Biology from the University of Montevideo in Uruguay. Fabiana’s ties to the international market are key to reaching a targeted demographic. We are eager to be introduced to a new market through her.
