Las Terrazas Opens its Doors

Las Terrazas, Belize’s premier luxury residential resort, held its official ribbon cutting ceremony November 3, 2007. Among the attendees was Prime Minister of Belize, Honorable Said Wilbert Musa, accompanied by his wife Joan Musa and several other dignitaries from various cities throughout Belize. The ceremony was in honor of the official inauguration of Las Terrazas, where residents were able to spend the first night in their new luxury home.



The official ribbon cutting was held under the palapa/guest registration area, with spectacular views of the ocean front and infinity lap pool. Surrounded by tropical botanicals, champagne and the vibrant colors of the sunset, guests were able to mingle and enjoy the beauty that Las Terrazas offers. The Honorable Musa was among guests who met with the developers of Las Terrazas; Mr. Munir Walji and Mr. Firoz Lalji. Amidst the music provided by a native Belizean 19 piece steel drum band, Honorable Musa was able to converse with Mr. Walji and Mr. Lalji regarding the future of Ambergris Caye and prospective future developments by Coral Development Group, the promoter of Las Terrazas.



After the initial celebration guests were able to take guided tours throughout the entire property and visit model residences. Phase I has been completed and is over 50% sold out. As the sun set and the stars came out, guests were lead to neighboring Journeys End Resort where the celebration continued long into the night.

  

 

  
 
First Wedding in Las Terrazas

Darren and Sherlyn Wright celebrated their three year anniversary by renewing their vows on November 2, 2007 at Las Terrazas. The couple recently purchased a home at Las Terrazas and Darren chose the locale as his premier location to surprise his wife Sherlyn with a beautiful sunset wedding celebration. The occasion took place on the architecturally distinctive curved pier, with cocktails, friends and family, all sea-side. Las Terrazas would like to extend their best wishes to the happy couple!
