Is there financing available?

Financing up to 70% of the purchase price is available through Belize Bank and Atlantic Bank at 10% to 11% rates.  The developer would be pleased to assist in arranging financing. 

How will I take ownership to the land?

Each owner will receive Strata (Condominium) Title for their residence.

What will the Condo Fees be?

Fees are estimated approximately at $3 per square feet annually. The fee will cover 24-hour security, building maintenance and repairs, service and maintenance of all common areas, service and maintenance of pools, landscaping, grounds staff, and housekeeping.

How do I get to Ambergris Caye and Las Terrazas?

All travelers by air must connect through the international airport in Belize City. Daily connections are available through several US cities (Houston, Dallas, Atlanta and Miami being the most popular).

The runway at the Belize City airport is being expanded to accommodate larger jets, including those from European and South American destinations and an international airport is under construction at Chetumal on the Mexican/Belizean border.

From Belize City, travel to San Pedro is a scenic 15 minute flight.  Once in San Pedro, most everything is within walking distance. Golf cart and bicycle rentals are available as are local taxis. For those that wish, ample mooring facilities are available for private boats as well.

From the town of San Pedro, owners and their guests will experience a beautiful short boat ride on a water taxi to the North side of island where Las Terrazas is located.
