Rafael
Carbajal is
an award-winning architect whose projects range from space planning
and design to interior furnishing. Although Rafael is primarily
motivated to do cutting-edge residences and costal designs, he
has produced several religious spaces in Mexico and was involved
in many social dwelling projects. In the United States, before
founding OPUS VITAE Design, he worked as Project Manager of large
office buildings that were built along the East Coast and created
timeless structures.

Following his Mediterranean and Latin American
heritage, Carbajal believes that a house is a refuge, an emotional
piece of architecture, not a cold piece of convenience. Rafael
reflects this sentiment in his latest creation and aesthetic
wonder, Las Terrazas, a residential development in Belize.
