celebrates its official inauguration with a weekend of festivities.
AMBERGRIS CAYE, Belize - November 3, 2007 - Las Terrazas,
Belize’s premier luxury residential resort, recently
held its official ribbon cutting ceremony on November 3, 2007.
Among the attendees was the Prime Minister of Belize, Honorable
Said Wilbert Musa, accompanied by his wife Joan Musa and several
other dignitaries from various cities throughout Belize. The
ceremony was in honor of the official inauguration of Las Terrazas,
where residents were able to spend the first night in their
new luxury home.
 The official ribbon cutting was held under the palapa/guest
registration area, with spectacular views of the oceanfront
and infinity lap pool. Surrounded by tropical botanicals, champagne
and the vibrant colors of the sunset, guests mingled and enjoyed
the beauty that Las Terrazas offers. The Honorable Musa was
among guests who met with the developers of Las Terrazas; Mr.

by a native Belizean 19 piece steel drum band, Honorable Musa
conversed with Mr. Walji and Mr. Lalji regarding the future
of Ambergris Caye and prospective future developments by Coral

After the initial celebration guests took guided tours throughout
the entire property and visited model residences. It was announced
that Phase I of the development has been officially completed
and is over 50% sold out. As the sun set and the stars came
out, guests continued the celebration at neighboring Journeys
End Resort long into the night.
